A Ray High School Student recently took a trip to Padre Island, where they had delicious ice cream at Magnolia Grace Gelato y Mas made by Ms. Fant. For those who may not remember her, Ms. Fant was the long-term substitute when Mr. Mudd broke his foot in 2022. Then, she provided hot chocolate and lollipops to the students in her class. After buying Magnolia Grace to keep it from going out of business, Ms. Fant now provides delicious gelato to everyone who comes into her ice cream shop!
