National Eat Outside Day!

National+Eat+Outside+Day%21

In the Middle Ages, people would pack food and bring it on hunting trips, inventing the idea of picnics! It’s likely that sometime in the 18th century, picnics started to gain popularity in the United States. Eventually, the concept developed into something that people can enjoy in a neighborhood park, forest, or any outdoor area!

Despite the heat, to celebrate August 31st, you could obviously have a picnic outside, eat outside at your favorite restaurant, or even have lunch outside with your friends at school!
