The W.B. Ray High School Texans Football Team is one of 75 schools in Texas participating in the Peanut Butter Bowl across the state. All of these schools in Texas have undertaken the responsibility to raise awareness of hunger in our community, and in doing so, are trying to get as many peanut butter jar donations as possible by the date of our game, August 26.

All donations will go to the Coastal Bend Food Bank!

Additionally, we are in competition with Veterans’ Memorial High School, the only other high school participating in Corpus Christi! Let’s show them that our football team can still beat them at something!

Ways to Donate:

• Drop off jars of Peanut Butter at Ray High School in the front office.
• Go online to https://peanutbutterbowl.com/ and make an online donation (make sure you say you’re donating on behalf of the Ray Texans!)
