Michael Hoang, Manager Manager
Michael Hoang is an IB sophomore and the Manager-Manager of the Texan Times. Hoang has been absolutely instrumental in the revival of the Texan Times during the 2024-25 school year. His favorite thing is working with the team every day to produce quality and relevant journalism.
One of his favorite things to say is: “I’m working my contacts” — a phrase he uses even though often he’s simply chatting with friends or teachers.
Hoang cares deeply about clothes and his personal style, going so far to create his own blog (which can you find on the site) for his MYP Personal Project. In his free time, he loves to listen to a diverse range of music primarily, from the 60s through 80s.
He also really likes ice cream.
