Mr. Walker Perkins, the History teacher for W. B. Ray High School’s International Baccalaureate program, was nominated as an H-E-B 2023 Excellence in Education Teacher! An amazing teacher always working to improve his community and expand the knowledge of his students, Mr. Perkins is currently in a PhD Program for Curriculum and Education. Today, Mr. Perkins was announced as a finalist for the Leadership Award. Congratulations!!
