A CHRISTMAS CAROL AT THE HARBOR PLAYHOUSE

A CHRISTMAS CAROL AT THE HARBOR PLAYHOUSE

Roopa Bindingnavele, Staff Writer

Although it’s the same play that appears at the Harbor Playhouse year after year, each new director brings something new to the stage, as does the cast. This year, two Ray HS students, Malia Schomaker and Jasper Cable are cast members in the play. The play is based on the book A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens. The play is a wonderful interpretation of the book and has a musical twist, as in a book, most characters don’t start singing and dancing. The cast and crew have been practicing for several months and have put several hours of work and dedication towards making the play memorable. I would 15/10 recommend going to go see it. The play is a truly enjoyable and memorable program (they also have hot chocolate with candy canes and a generous amount of whipped cream at the top ☺️)!
