Tutor an Elementary School Child and Receive Community Service Hours

Evan Mintz, Editor-in-Chief

The Educating Children’s Future Community Center (ECF-CC) of Corpus Christi is an After School Tutoring Program that offers free tutoring services for all C.C.I.S.D. elementary age children (k-5th) on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 3:30-5:30 pm.  During the tutoring session, each intern or student volunteer will have an opportunity to assist them with homework, classwork or in a struggled area to get them back on track.

These children live in a low-income community, where receiving their own private tutor is very unlikely and very expensive for them.  Interested high school students can receive community service hours for their service.  Please visit the ECF-CC website for more information at ecf-cc.org or contact Minnie Munoz, the Executive Director at 361-232-1795.
