On Saturday, September 29, 2018, W. B. Ray High school hosted a free practice PSAT. Dr. Gurumurthy and Mr. Cavazos, the sponsors of the RSAT club at Ray, decided to host a practice test for all grades to get ready for the actual PSAT on October 10th. There were breakfast tacos for everyone and a full-length PSAT test for the 30 high school students that participated. Most of the participants were Juniors, however, even a few sophomores came, which shows the passion for academics the students have at Ray High School. No other school in the district provides this kind of event or has a club just for SAT prep.  Another example of how Ray High School shines bright amongst all the other CCISD schools! Ray hopes to have many National Merit Scholars this year. Go Ray Texans!!!
